Your Body Is Not Broken.

It Was Designed to Heal.

When symptoms begin affecting digestion, energy, sleep, mood, immune function, hormones, sensory regulation, behavior, and brain function, it can feel as though the entire body is failing at once.

You may have seen different practitioners for different systems. You may have collected diagnoses, "normal" labs, supplements, and protocols without anyone stepping back far enough to map how the pieces influence one another.

The TOWL Roadmap™ helps adults, children, and families make sense of complex, multi-system symptoms by identifying what the body has been responding to, what may be standing in the way, and what deserves attention first.

TOWL does not chase isolated symptoms. It reveals what others may have missed and why the right intervention at the wrong time can still produce the wrong result.

Come prepared for a different kind of health conversation. We will look at your case through the TOWL lens, discuss what may have been overlooked, and determine whether this is the right next step.

Your Symptoms Are Not Random. They Are Part of the Same Pattern.

You may have been sent to one practitioner for digestion, another for hormones, and another for sleep, anxiety, pain, immune symptoms, or brain function. Each person looked at their piece. Few stepped back far enough to ask what could be influencing all of it at once.

Maybe your labs were called "normal" even though you knew something was not right. Maybe treatments helped briefly, caused new reactions, or stopped working altogether. That does not mean you failed. It may mean your case was approached one symptom, one system, or one protocol at a time.

When the gut, brain, immune system, hormones, nervous system, detoxification pathways, and cellular energy are constantly influencing one another, isolated answers can miss the larger pattern underneath.

You do not need another person looking at one more piece. You need someone who can step back, map how the systems influence one another, identify what may have been missed, and determine what deserves attention first.

That is where the TOWL Roadmap begins.

— The TOWL Roadmap™

Complex Cases Need More Than More Information.

They Need a Clear Roadmap for What Comes First.

The TOWL Roadmap™ organizes complex, multi-system cases without reducing the person to a diagnosis or chasing every symptom separately.

It helps us identify what may be creating interference, what the body needs to restore, and the order in which those priorities should be addressed.

Simple enough for clients to understand and use in their everyday choices. Clinically significant enough to help practitioners map some of the toughest multi-system cases.

Healing becomes more possible when you do the right things, in the right order, for long enough. Biology has priorities. The TOWL Roadmap gives us a clear way to organize them.

— The Four Foundations of TOWL

The Right Support, in the Right Order, Based on What Your Body Needs First.

Toxins reveal what may be creating interference. Oxygen, water, and light show us what the body requires to function, regulate, and repair.

Toxins

Reduce Interference

What may be creating interference and draining the body's resources?

We look for burdens the body may be working around every day, including environmental toxins and exposures, infections, inflammatory foods, ongoing stress, poor sleep, and impaired digestion, drainage, or elimination.

Before asking the body to rebuild, we reduce the interference that may be consuming its energy and slowing progress.

Sometimes the breakthrough is not another supplement. It is identifying and reducing what the body has been forced to work around.

Oxygen

Build Energy

Does the body have enough energy to repair, regulate, and respond?

Every organ and system depends on cells being able to create and use energy. We look at oxygen delivery, circulation, movement, sleep, blood-sugar stability, and the nutrients required for mitochondrial function.

An exhausted body cannot consistently digest, detoxify, think clearly, regulate immune activity, or repair.

Healing requires energy. We rebuild the capacity that allows the body to do the work.

Water

Restore Flow

Can the right things move in while the wrong things move out?

Blood, lymph, bile, oxygen, nutrients, hormones, and waste are designed to move. We support hydration, circulation, drainage, digestion, and elimination so useful things can reach the cells and what no longer belongs can move out.

It is not enough to put good things into the body. It must be able to receive them, move them, use them, and release what no longer belongs.

Water

Restore Communication

What signals are the body and its cells receiving every day?

Sunlight, darkness, sleep and wake timing, meals, movement, stress, safety, nourishment, and relationships all send information to the body.

These signals help coordinate communication between the brain, nervous system, hormones, organs, and cells. Because cellular activity also follows circadian rhythms, the timing and consistency of those signals influence energy production, immune activity, sleep, and repair.

When timing and communication improve, the body can become better coordinated from the cellular level up.

The foundations reveal the conditions influencing how well your body can function, regulate, and repair. The TOWL Roadmap organizes those findings into the right order, at the right pace for your body.

— The TOWL Roadmap in Practice

You don't need to memorize biochemical pathways.

You need someone who can map your unique story.

The Four Phases of the TOWL Roadmap

Phase 1

Find What Is Burdening the Body

We investigate what others may have missed, including mold and mycotoxins, heavy metals, forever chemicals, hidden infections, dental burdens, inflammatory triggers, inherited patterns, and unresolved trauma.

By connecting your timeline, environments, labs, symptoms, and treatment reactions, we can prioritize what may be burdening your body now.

Phase 2

Open the Exits

Before asking the body to detoxify more, we restore the exits: bowel movements, digestion, liver and bile flow, gallbladder function, kidneys, lymph, circulation, breath, and sweat.

Mobilization is not elimination. If toxins are pulled from tissues before the exits are moving, they can circulate through the body, become reabsorbed, or redistribute into other tissues instead of being released.

Phase 3

Rebuild Cellular Function

Once burdens are coming down and the exits are moving, we rebuild hydration, electrolytes, minerals, oxygen delivery, nutrient status, amino acids, essential fats, antioxidant capacity, blood-sugar stability, mitochondrial energy, and cellular membranes.

Removing what does not belong is only half the work. We must also restore the raw materials and energy the cells need to communicate, repair, and function.

Phase 4

Restore the Brain & Nervous System

We support the brain, nervous system, and lipid-rich tissues through membrane lipid replacement, fat-soluble nutrients, targeted support for lipid-soluble burdens, sleep, light, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, and neuroplasticity.

Because the brain and nervous system coordinate every function throughout the body, restoring them is often the missing piece between temporary improvements and lasting progress that sticks.

TOWL is not a rigid protocol. It is a framework for sequencing care.

The phases may overlap, and the pace changes based on the person's history, sensitivities, testing, and response.

The roadmap keeps us from forcing later steps before the body has the capacity to handle them.

The goal is not to do everything at once. It is to identify what matters most, address it in the right order, and give the

body enough time to respond.

— Meet the Founder

I Built This Roadmap Because I Had To.

No one could explain my case, so I learned how to map it myself. Now I use that knowledge to help clients understand their health and train practitioners to approach complex cases differently.

My work in complex health became personal nearly 15 years ago, when my own health began to collapse. I was living inside a multi-system case that no diagnosis, specialist, test, or protocol could fully explain.

That search led me deep into cellular healing, toxic burden, environmental illness, infections, functional testing, supplementation, detoxification, brain function, nervous-system regulation, and the patterns connecting symptoms across systems.

I spent eight years at Life University, earned my bachelor's degree in health coaching, completed advanced chiropractic coursework, and am currently completing my master's degree in health coaching.

Since then, I have coached hundreds of clients directly, founded the Functional Medicine Club, educated thousands through practitioner training, and trained coaches and practitioners nationwide in functional blood chemistry and complex-case strategy.

Your case may be complex, but that does not make you difficult. You deserve someone willing to look at the whole story, take your symptoms seriously, and search for what others may have missed.

If your case has never fit neatly inside one system, that may be because no part of your body functions in isolation.

Let's map your whole story, identify what may have been overlooked, and

uncover the patterns that have not yet been addressed.

You've Done Everything You Were Told.

So Why Aren't You Getting Better?

The problem is not a lack of effort. It is often how your case has been divided, tested, and treated.

What May Have Been Missed

Every System Was Examined Separately

You may have seen one practitioner for digestion, another for hormones, and another for detoxification. Each understood one part of the case, but no one mapped how those systems were influencing one another.

Your Whole Story Is Mapped Together

TOWL organizes your symptoms, health history, environment, labs, and response patterns into one connected map. Instead of treating each system separately, we use the whole picture to guide the plan.

Good Things Were Done Out of Order

Detoxification began before the body could eliminate. Rebuilding began before the largest burdens were reduced. Nervous-system work began without addressing the biology keeping it reactive. Good interventions can fail when the body is not ready for them.

The Right Support Comes in the Right Sequence

TOWL uses the four phases to determine what needs to happen first, what can wait, and when your body is ready to progress. Timing, pace, and order are adjusted to your response.

Testing Was Done Without a Clear Question

Labs are useful when they answer a meaningful question or change a clinical decision. Testing based on symptoms alone can miss what is driving the pattern underneath and leave you with more results, but no clear direction.

Testing Is Used to Change the Plan

We use testing to investigate likely drivers, connect patterns across the case, and guide what happens next. The goal is not more data. It is better direction.

The Brain and Nervous System Were Never Properly Addressed

Most approaches never reach the brain and nervous system at this depth. When they do, the work may be rushed, stopped too soon, or started without ensuring that what is mobilized can move safely and completely out of the body. The result is temporary progress followed by losing ground again.

The Brain and Nervous System Are Addressed at the Right Time and Pace

TOWL prepares the body before deeper brain and nervous-system work begins. Your history, symptoms, labs, and response patterns guide when to start, how quickly to progress, and how long to continue without moving faster than the body can safely eliminate.

How TOWL Does It Differently

"Real progress does not come from another isolated intervention. It comes from understanding the whole story and applying the right support in the right order, at the right pace."

  • You want one supplement, a quick detox, or a rigid protocol that treats every case the same.

  • You expect a guaranteed outcome or a predetermined timeline.

  • You are not currently able to participate consistently, communicate honestly, or follow through between sessions.

  • You want someone else to take responsibility for changes you are not prepared to make.

TOWL provides virtual coaching, education, and case support. It does not provide emergency care, medical diagnosis, prescriptions, medication management, or a replacement for your licensed medical team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a diagnosis before booking a call?

No. Some clients arrive with several diagnoses. Others have symptoms that have never fit neatly into one. We begin with your patterns, timeline, environment, and what your body may be responding to.

What if my labs are normal?

Normal labs do not make your symptoms imaginary or mean every system is functioning optimally. Labs are one part of the picture. We also look at your history, environment, patterns, and how your body responds.

Will I need more testing?

Not automatically. We begin by reviewing what you already have. Additional testing is considered only when it can clarify the case or meaningfully change the next decision.

Will I need a large supplement protocol?

Not necessarily. Supplements are tools, not the strategy. We use what is appropriate, monitor how your body responds, and remove what is no longer serving the plan.

What if I have already tried functional medicine, detoxification, or nervous-system work?

That history gives us valuable information. The missing piece may not have been the tool itself, but whether your body was ready, whether it happened in the right sequence, and whether the deeper burden was ever identified.

Who do you work with?

We support adults, children, and families navigating persistent symptoms that cross multiple systems or have never been connected into one coherent picture.

Is the work virtual?

Yes. Coaching, education, and case support are provided virtually. Physical examinations, medical diagnoses, prescriptions, and emergency care remain with your licensed medical team.

Is there a cost for the discovery call?

No. Your 60-minute discovery call is free. If TOWL appears to be the right fit, we will explain the available support and investment clearly before you decide what comes next.

Can you guarantee results?

No. Health outcomes vary, especially in complex cases. What we can promise is a thoughtful process, deliberate sequencing, clear communication, and honesty about what we do and do not know.

— Your Invitation
