These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, application process, and coaching program offered by Mike Edgcomb / TOWL ("we," "us," or "our"), including the TOWL Roadmap™ (the "Services"). By submitting an application, purchasing the program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
We provide virtual functional health coaching and case-review support for adults, children, and families. The Services include case review, coaching calls, a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan, and related educational support delivered over a defined program period.
This is coaching, not medical care. Our Services are educational and coaching in nature. We are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician. Nothing provided through the Services should be interpreted as medical advice.
Our Services do not constitute emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Applying to work with us does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We review applications to determine whether our approach may be a good fit for your situation. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply on your own behalf, or a parent or legal guardian if applying on behalf of a minor child.
The program is structured as a defined term of individualized, high-support coaching, as described at the time of enrollment.
Program fees, payment schedules, and any applicable family pricing will be provided and agreed upon before you begin the program.
Additional or specialized testing and supplements are optional and, where applicable, purchased separately at then-current pricing.
Refund and cancellation terms, if any, will be set out in your individual client agreement provided at enrollment.
Health outcomes vary by individual, and no ethical practitioner can guarantee a specific result. We do not promise or guarantee that you will achieve any particular outcome from participating in the Services. Testimonials and case examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed for all participants.
To get the most from the Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during your case review and throughout the program
Communicate honestly about your symptoms, history, and response to the plan
Continue to consult with your own licensed medical providers for diagnosis, prescriptions, and emergency needs
Use the Services and any recommendations at your own discretion and risk
The TOWL Roadmap™, all related content, materials, frameworks, graphics, and this website are the property of Mike Edgcomb / TOWL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.
We treat the information you share with us during your case review and program with care, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep any proprietary program materials, frameworks, or methodology shared with you confidential and not to redistribute them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mike Edgcomb / TOWL and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in question.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct we determine to be inconsistent with the program's requirements. Any termination provisions specific to refunds will follow your individual client agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
